  1. The Picture is Haram in shariah. There are some Scholars which only considers sculpture as Picture rest printed pictures are not considered to be forbidden. But The Scholars with opinion of Haram, are being strengthened with Ahadith as well.

    However Islamic Scholars have both opinion of Halal & Haram for Digital Picture

    Scholar with Opinion of haram states that this a picture and Islam has forbidden making and keeping pictures even the Angels do not enter the house with pictures as mentioned in Hadith.

    While to Scholars with of Opinion of Halal states that the digital picture is like shadow, it is the reflection of arrangements of binary codes as there is no picture saved in the Hard Disk of any device.

  2. Images made by modern methods are of two types

    1) Those that are stored in a way that does not have any tangible or visible form, as was mentioned in the case of images, such as video tapes. There is no ruling on these at all and they do not come under the prohibition at all

    2) Photographs that are printed on paper.
    Photographs which are essential are permitted
    But there remains the question: if a person wants to make these permissible images, then he is subject to the rulings according to his intention. If he intends thereby to do something haram, then it is haram. If he intends thereby to do something obligatory then it is obligatory. It may be obligatory to make images sometimes, for example identity documents, educational documents etc.

  3. Yes it’s Haram because if unknown person see our pic then may be shetan put something bad in his or her mind then he or she committed gunah
