that will should be halal if you earn by your personal sponsor and if earn have been by youtube sponsor that should be haram. because on the youtube you have not control, for that haram music, picture, videos add can run in the reciting Quran any time but on your personal sponsor you have a control you can choose halal sponsor.
it is halal to earn from YouTube if you follow rules and regulations and conditions which had been given by Mufti’s or Scholars.
or if you don’t follow these that will be Haram.
