yes complete shower accordingly to sunnah and perfome 3 faraz in shower is count as wudu also ..
furthermore is that when you have to shower( gusal) first you have to perfome widu and after that take the shower it si also sunnah
yes, it is counted as wudu.
but if you are taking shower after intercourse then doing wudu before shower will be counted as sunnah.
