Faith and Emaan both are synonyms. Emaan involves a heartfelt affirmation that is usually termed as believing in God, His Messengers, His angels, His scriptures, resurrection, and fate i.e. all good and bad is from Allah Almighty. Allah swt says in Quran Soorah Nisa, Verse136:

(Believers! Believe in Allah and His Messenger and in the Book He has revealed to His Messenger, and in the Book He revealed before. And whoever disbelieves in Allah, in His angels, in His Books, in His Messengers and in the Last Day, has indeed strayed far away)

A prerequisite of Faith is to avoid all sorts of doubts and suspicions about it, so faith can not coincide with the minor doubt.
