Yes, it is stated in Sahih al-Bukhari (581) and Sahih Muslim (831) that it is forbidden to pray after the Fajr prayer until the sun rises above the horizon at the height of a spear, during noon when the sun is at its peak, and after ‘Asr when the sun has completely set.
It’s better do not pray while sunset and sunrise duration
