The biggest sin in Islam is to associate someone something with Allah
Allah says in sorah nisa: ( 48 )Â Â Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly fabricated a tremendous sin
The greatest sin is polytheism Allah will not forgive him on the Day of Judgment if he dies as a polytheist.
In islam the biggest sin is to associate someone with Allah Almighty or ascribing partners to Almighty Allah I.e Shirk . The holy quran says ” indeed ascribing partners to allah is a grave trangression”. The holy quran also reads”Surely, Allah does not forgive that a partner is ascribed to Him, and He forgives anything short of that for whomsoever He wills. Whoever ascribes a partner to Allah commits a terible sin”.This is further proved by numerous Ahadith i.e traditions of prophet PBUH.
