In Islam, khula (a woman asked for divorce) traditionally requires the husband consent, especially in the Hanafi, Shafi’i, and Hanbali schools of thought. However, the Maliki school and modern legal systems in many Muslim majority countries allow women to obtain khula through the courts without the husband acceptance if valid reasons are provided, such as harm or neglect. This ensures women rights and access to justice within Islamic principles.
yes ! if sometimes husband & wife don’t understand each others so in this case there are two options .
1:
talaq (divorce )Â from husband side if he want to do that.
2:
khulaa that’s the option for wife according to islam .
if she want to come out from this relationship
and when she got the khulaa order from the court and want to be alone .
No, it’s not accepted without accepentence of husband.
Yes it is.As khula is taken when husband doesnt agree to divorce and wife doesnt wana live with him for any valid reason mentioned in Quran and hadith.Wufe can go to court and court will issue khula.
