There are four obligations in ablution:
1. Wash face once,
2.Wash hands including elbows once,
3. Wiping a quarter of the head,
4. Washing both feet including the ankles once.
And there are three obligations in bathing:
1. Rinsing once,
2. Pouring water into the nose once,
3. Pour water over the whole body once.
