Mormonism is a Christian church. Mormons call themselves the Church of Jesus Christ, too. The Mormon religion started by Joseph Smith in 1830 was based in the US. Mormons possess their holy book entitled the Book of Mormon. God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit are the three-in-one gods in the Mormon holy book.
