  1. 1. Confidence in God’s Promises

The Bible makes it clear that faith is assurance and trust in God, based on the belief that He will do all He has said He will do. Faith cannot be off or on – instead, it is held with constancy and consistency because of a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) reads “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

    2. Obedience to the Word of God

To have real biblical faith means to put it into action and walk according to the commands given by God in His Word. The book of James reminds us that true faith without accompanying works is dead.- James 2:17 says, “In the same way, faith by itself, if not accompanied by action, is dead.

    3. Unwavering Belief

The circumstances around us don’t change our faith – instead, our faith should remain unwaveringly fixed upon God’s character and promises no matter what happens around us or to us. Habakuk 3:18-19 (NIV) states “Yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation. God, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the deer’s; he makes me tread on my high places.”

    4. Trusting Every Area Of Life To Him

True faith involves trusting God with every area of life – from our family relationships to health concerns and everything else in between! Deuteronomy 31:6 (NKJV) says “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the one who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” This shows that when we have complete trust in Him overflowing into every area of our lives ,we can confidently follow wherever He leads us..

    5 Victory Through Christ

Our victory has been made secure through Jesus’ finished work on the cross so that no matter how difficult life may seem here on earth; eternity with Him awaits all those who respond faithfully and obediently to His calling! Galatians 2:20 reads “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God,, who loved me and gave himself for me” NKJV

  2. According to the Bible, faith is the confident assurance that what we hope for will come to pass and the evident demonstration of unseen realities. Hebrews 11:1 states, “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” Faith is trusting in God’s promises and relying on His strength, even when difficulties arise.

  3. In the Bible, faith is a confidence that something is true. Faith is based on God’s promises and His words.
