فرض کہ چھوٹ جانے پر انسان گنہگار اور کافر ہوتا ہے اور فرض کا چھوڑنا کسی بھی حال میں جائز نہیں ہے فرض دلیلیں قطعہ سے ثابت ہوتا ہے جبکہ واجب کے چھوڑنے والا کافر نہیں ہوتا اور واجب ظنی دلیل سے جو ثابت ہوتا ہے اور اسکا چھوڑنے والا فاسق ہوتا ہے
