Yes, it is allowed.
It is a general confusion among Muslims that wearing any type of sewn up item is forbidden in ٰٰIslam. However; the fact is that, only cloths/ items which are being sewn up as per body shape in wearable form are forbidden. Therefore, wearing belts, baby slings and bags etc are Lawful during IHRAM
