The sayings and deeds of our Prophet Muhammad are called Hadith
A Hadith is any statement, action, or approval, whether spoken, done, or silently consented to by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It serves as a significant source of guidance for Muslims, offering insights into the teachings and practices of Islam.
Hadith is a specific statement of prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
Tradition are deeds or conduct of prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
Hadith and sunnah are second in importance to the Quran
All the answers are fine, especially that of Sir Ahmad Ali. Hadith is the name of sayings, actions and approvals of the Holy Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him as defined by the Muslim Scholars from time to time.
