Yes! At the early days of islam there is permisson to marry with catholic woman . but now days the present catholic are not true followers of catholic relegation So that is the resion a mumdan person can't marry with others .

It's Halal, nothing wrong with it. According to the Holy Qur'an, a man cannot marry 14 types of women (4:23). Zaynab bint Jaḥsh was the first cousin and the seventh wife of Muhammad (peace be upon him). This was allowed both in the pre-Islamic period and after Islam.
