Islam is the latest faith from the Abrahamic religion. Islamic Faith declares that, if you want to become a Muslim or to remain a Muslim you must declare that Allah is one and only. He has no partner or association. He is absolutely independent and eternal. He has no successor or ancestor and he is completely incomparable.

And you have to give a piece of evidence that, Muhammad Sallallahu alaihi wasallam is  Allah’s Prophet and Messenger and His slave also. He is the seal of the prophets and no prophet will come after him till doomsday. All the past Prophets and Messengers are the indispensable part of this kind of Faith. They must be honored and venerated.No bad words or filthy comments or negative criticism against them are accepted in Islam.

And you must have firm faith in the revealed books including the past ones before the holy Quran. Quran is the final decision maker in any case of Muslim individuals. To taunt or mock for any Quranic law will turn you into an infidel. Previous divine books before the Quran have been distorted and deformed from time to time. Presently they are not bonafide and perfect and followable. Quran has been protected by Allah himself.

And you must justify that, angels are the special creation of Allah. They have no freedom of choice. They do only what is ordered towards them and they have no power to violate Allah’s words. They are innumerable. Only Allah The Almighty knows the exact number of them. Human dignity is more than theirs due to knowledge and intelligence.

You must give testimony that you will believe in the next life after death which is called akhirat. Allah will take the accounts of deeds which you have done here. The journey of the next life is unending and permanent. Only good deeds and the grace of Lord Almighty Allah can save you from the hellish punishment and ensures to enter paradise.

And you must affirm that, you must believe in the fate or takdeer good or bad has been prefixed by Allah. When you lose something then take patience and try again and when you receive something then express gratitude to your Lord.

Islamic faith is not inactive. It has a deep connection with the practices suggested by the Quran and the tradition of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu alaihi wasallam.

Allah is the best in perfect knowledge.
